The Oh! Veggies Cleanse involves removing dairy, gluten, meat, sugar, alcohol and caffeine from your diet for a period of 1-week. By removing the most common food allergens, and lightening up your diet, your body can spend its energy cleansing and healing. Following this cleanse is a great way to begin to understand how your body reacts to different types of foods. The insight you gain will empower you to make better food choices for the rest of your life. We provide a comprehensive plant-based meal plan and shopping list for the week. If requested, we can provide participants with a complete box of the non-perishable items they will consume during the week – so all you need to do is buy veggies and refrigerated items. We schedule two face-to-face support meetings and provide ongoing online support. Having a regular schedule of cleanses during the year is a smart way to feel better, re-set healthy eating habits and gain greater awareness about what works best for your body.

Oh! Veggie Cooking Classes have been created to address the challenge of creating delicious, plant-based meals in the middle of a hectic work/family schedule. Our recipes emphasize the use of sauces, seasonings and kitchen hacks to achieve healthy, aesthetically refined and flavorful cuisine. Intimate classes and personalized instruction in our kitchen in Artisans Park allows for a complete hands-on experience. The course will provide comprehensive, step-by-step instructions on how to transform a broad array of vegetables and legumes into delicious healthy meals, empowering students to become skilled and confident cooks. It will cover all the important lessons needed to master the plant-based kitchen, such as cutting and preparing vegetables; effectively using herbs and spices; cooking without animal products and oil; and making delicious soups, fritters and stir-fry’s.

Our relationship to food is a central one that reflects our attitudes toward our environment and ourselves. Our workshops help people achieve a balanced, respectful, and healthy relationship with food and eating. Our workshops cover a range of food related topics including mindful eating, conquering sugar cravings and an exploration of the perfect protein. The goal is to free ourselves of reactive, habitual patterns of eating and establish healthy ways of relating to food and ourselves. Being mindful about our food choices promote balance, wisdom and health. The workshops will help you learn to use all of your senses in choosing food that is both satisfying and nourishing. You will also become more aware of physical hunger and satiety cues to guide your eating decisions.
