Golden Potato Wedges

Roasted potatoes make a great appetizer, side-dish or snack any time of day. Try this easy recipe to satisfy your hunger or afternoon cravings.

Golden Potato Wedges

  • 2 large potatoes, 1 lb.
  • 1 tbs. high heat oil, such as grapeseed oil
  • 1 tbs. Oh! Veggies Go To Blend
  • Optional: additional salt flakes


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Wash potatoes, pat dry. Do not peel. Cut into ½ inch wedges.


Place wedges in bowl and toss with oil and Go To Blend. Arrange on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, with a little wiggle room. Roast in oven for 15 minutes, flip, rotate, and continue to cook another 10 minutes, or until golden and easily pierced with a fork. Sprinkle with additional salt flakes if desired.
